My name is Mona Dow and I am a licensed psychotherapist in Orange County. I work collaboratively with my clients to identify solutions and enhance understanding of the self, as I believe that people can and do make important and positive changes based on this insight.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with many years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. I have experience dealing with a range of issues including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Anger, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis and Personality Disorders.

Therapy is a unique opportunity to understand yourself in a safe and supportive environment. This allows us to untangle the issues that lead to treatment in the first place and help to develop a sense of self which in turn allows for a more fulfilling life.
